This list isn't my own but comes from a site called AreaVibes. I've received numerous requests to discuss this, so let's get into it.

Neighbourhood #1: South Hill

Crime Rate: 3,211 crimes per 100,000 people (52% higher than Red Deer average)

South Hill tops the list and is divided by Gates Avenue, the busiest road in Red Deer. The east side is quieter with beautiful parks and walking trails like Kin Canyon. It has amenities like a splash park. The west side, however, is more bustling due to its proximity to Red Deer Hospital, making it a very transient area. The presence of a casino on the south end adds to the activity.
